Join us for a special all-woman panel of Kubernetes practitioners ― contributors & users ― and learn about their experience with the most popular cloud native tool of today! Get an idea for what it’s like navigating the ecosystem ― as a first time contributor, user and so much more. Our panelists come from rather diverse experiences, with distinct perspectives about the Kubernetes project. The discussion is expected to center around - Why contribute to the Kubernetes project? Where does one begin with open source? How did each of the participants here go about their individual journey as Kubernetes contributors? Panelists will share their personal journey of how they became involved with Kubernetes, replete with anecdotes. There's bound to be plenty of inspiration for anyone interested in contributing. The panel is designed in response to questions raised during past events about a lacuna of opportunity for women. Come learn how the community has risen up to meet the challenge.
